OAK HILL - Bernard Ray Blizzard, 73, of Oak Hill died Sept. 13, 1998, in a Beckley hospital after a short illness.
He was a Coast Guard veteran of World War II, a member of American Legion and was retired from King Coal Chevrolet, Oak Hill.
Surviving: wife, Virginia Miller Blizzard; nephew, Donald Earl Skaggs of Charleston; one grandnephew.
Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home, Rainelle, with the Rev. Rudell Bloomfield and the Rev. Freddie Steele Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville. Friends may call one hour prior to service at the funeral home.
